Distances:       Olympic    1500 m – 40 km – 10 km
                        Sprint          750 m – 20 km –   5 km

Place:              Eagle Beach

Course:           Olympic: swim – two (2) loops of 750 m in the ocean, bike – eight (8) loops of 5 km in J.E. Irausquin Boulevard, run -  four (4) 2.5 km loops.

                        Sprint: swim - one (1) loop of  750 m in the ocean, bike – four (4)loops of  5 km in

J.E. Irausquin Boulevard, run – two (2) loops of 2.5 km.

Categories:      Male:               16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+

                        Female:            16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40+

                        Relay:              Only Olympic Distance

Fee:                 Sprint US$ 25, Olympic US$ 50, Relays US$ 75.

                        This is for inscription by June 19, 2011.

                        Place to pay inscription fee will be:

                        Tulip Restaurant in MSK Verlofcentrum.
                        This is in front of Eagle Beach, where the start will be.

                        Saturday July 2, 2011           09:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
                                                                        04:00 p.m. – 06:30 p.m.

US$ 100, for top five (5) Overall Male Olympic.
Trophies and cash awards of  US$ 600,--, US$ 400,--, US$ 300,-- for top three (3) Overall Female Olympic. (minimum 5 participants).
Medals and cash awards of US$ 300,--, US$ 225,--, US$ 150,--, for top three (3) Relay Teams.
Medals for top three of each age group.(Olympic and Sprint)
